Here at Community Vet, we believe that the relationship between an owner and their pet is a special and priceless bond.
That is why we believe affordable veterinary care should be available to all. At Community Vet we strive to make this possible with lower than average pricing, sustained by treating as many pets as we can.
We will always be upfront with owners about the costs they can expect with every visit, every time, as well as making sure the plan we create uniquely fits their pet’s needs. When possible, we will work with clients to provide additional resources for unexpected care expenses.

Megan Hoffman
RVT (Owner/Practice Manager)
Megan is a lifelong animal lover; her passion for animals is only exceeded by her compassion for people. She has worked in many aspects of veterinary medicine, including a large animal mixed practice, low-stress/low-volume small animal practice, and an urban-based high-volume community veterinary medicine practice. Through these experiences, she has found that when she can help people and help their pets, magic happens for her. Protecting the human-animal bond and helping those who thought their options were limited is really what drives her here at Community Vet. She is also a bit of a cat whisperer and always good for a smile and maybe even a song… the latter not likely in tune!

Marge
The Real Clinic Boss
Hi everyone, my name is Marge! I am a very special cat that was saved many years ago by some really amazing people. It was a cold day and I had crawled into a nice warm place to sleep, I did not know it was a School Bus engine until things went really wrong, really fast. Thanks to the Wonderful bus drivers of the Westlake City School District and the Westlake City Dog Warden, I was brought in to Westlake Animal Hospital, where our very own Practice Manager Megan worked at the time. I was in pretty rough shape when I got there, but with Megan, some pretty amazing Veterinarians and donations from people from all over the place they were able to save my life. I lost a leg and a tail in this ordeal, but I never complain…unless of course my bowl is empty!
