About Us

Here at Community Vet, we believe that the relationship between an owner and their pet is a special and priceless bond. That is why we believe affordable veterinary care should be available to all. At Community Vet we strive to make this possible with lower than average pricing, sustained by treating as many pets as we can.

We will always be upfront with owners about the costs they can expect with every visit, every time, as well as making sure the plan we create uniquely fits their pet’s needs. When possible, we will work with clients to provide additional resources for unexpected care expenses.

The true beauty of animals is they never judge you, they just love you exactly as you are. That is a relationship worth protecting for both the pet and the owner.
Marge the Manager Cat of Community Vet

The team at Community Vet is built on trust, communication, and a shared passion for animal care. Each staff member—from the front desk to the surgical suite—brings unique skills and experience, but it’s their ability to collaborate that truly sets them apart. They support one another through busy days, handle challenges with calm professionalism, and ensure that every pet receives seamless, high-quality care.

Open communication and mutual respect keep the team connected, whether they’re discussing treatment plans or comforting a nervous pet. Regular staff meetings and continued education help them stay aligned and up to date, while a positive, upbeat atmosphere makes the clinic a place both pets and people enjoy visiting. Their strong teamwork means clients can always count on a cohesive, reliable care experience.

Your Doctors

Dr. Nicki Naso

Owner / Chief of Staff

Dr. Nicki Naso graduated from Ohio State University Veterinary School in 2009. She is an active mother of three who spends her free time camping or on other weekend getaways with her family.

Megan Hoffman

RVT (Owner/Practice Manager)

Megan is a lifelong animal lover; her passion for animals is only exceeded by her compassion for people. She has worked in many aspects of veterinary medicine, including a large animal mixed practice, low-stress/low-volume small animal practice, and an urban-based high-volume community veterinary medicine practice. Through these experiences, she has found that when she can help people and help their pets, magic happens for her. Protecting the human-animal bond and helping those who thought their options were limited is really what drives her here at Community Vet. She is also a bit of a cat whisperer and always good for a smile and maybe even a song… the latter not likely in tune!

At home, she has three dogs (all with some Australian Cattle Dog in them) and four cats.

Marygrace

Client Care Specialist / Tech Assistant

Marygrace has loved animals her whole life and has had quite the menagerie of animals from a bearded dragon to a hairless cat! She volunteered at a local animal shelter for two years before getting a job in the foster care department and worked with that team for almost 2 years. At home, she has 2 dogs and 1 cat that love to cuddle in a pile together. She often has a foster cat or dog as well that need some extra TLC — which she is more than happy to give! When she's not cuddling on the couch with her pets, you can find Marygrace on hikes with her dogs or improving her photography skills!
